Specialist in the field. Training and development with German (OIN/06/24)

Your tasks will include:

• Managing training in an organization.
• Support and maintenance of the training management system.
• Scheduling of training dates, management of participants, preparation and monitoring of training.
• Acquisition and processing of offers, among others. for third-party suppliers.
• Processing of invoices and their approval.
• Track and report on KPIs and provide standard reports.
• Working on systems: SuccessFactors Learning, SuccessFactors Performance & Succession.
• Work in an international team.

Our requirements:

• Knowledge of the German language at the level of min. B2.
• Knowledge of English at B1 level – welcome.
• Experience in a similar position welcome.
• Ability to manage one’s working time, responsibility, conscientiousness.
• Ability to work in a team, empathy, honesty.
• Highly developed communication skills.
