PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Information obligation for potential employees

  1. The administrator of the provided and collected data is Weegree sp. z o.o. S.K based in Opole, ul. Krakowska 26, 45-018 Opole.

  3. Personal data is processed for the recruitment process. Data marked as mandatory are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code. Other data you provide, including contact information, is processed on the basis of your consent.
  4. Personal data will be shared with employers for the purpose of employment or further recruitment in accordance with the purpose of processing. Data may be disclosed to subcontractors only within the scope of services provided to the data controller, in particular to the recruitment application service, IT companies, human resources and financial services, and public administration bodies.
  5. The data will be kept for the duration of the recruitment process. If you voluntarily consent to participate in future recruitments, your data will be processed for a period of 2 years or until you withdraw it.
  6. You have the right to request from the controller access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you, as well as the right to object and the right to data portability. You have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
  7. If you have given your consent, you have the right to revoke it. Withdrawal of consent at any time does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent to participate in subsequent recruitment and sales processes will result in the discontinuation of the processing of your data for this purpose.
  8. The basis for processing is voluntary consent, (Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA) and the provisions of the Labor Code.

  5. Data will be stored for the duration of the sales process.

  9. Personal data of contact persons in companies or partner entities will be stored until they are informed that they are obsolete or until a request for their deletion is received.
  10. Personal data will be processed:
    (a) for the purpose of joint business ventures and the execution of orders or concluded cooperation agreements;.
    b) for the marketing of services offered by the administrator or administrator’s partners;
    (c) to search for optimal solutions for services intended for business based on information about the activities of potential campaign recipients;
